Below is a list of Roseco's terms and conditions concerning orders, payment, credit, pricing, discounts, returns, and shipping.
- All orders (including those by fax or e-mail) received by 5:00pm CST will be shipped the same day. Because we absorb a substantial portion of shipping costs, orders under $25 will be assessed full freight charges.
- Orders (excluding diamonds) over $150 (net) will receive our 7% Quick-Pay Discount when shipped C.O.D., or paid in 10 days by qualified accounts. Credit card orders over $150 (net) receive a 4% Quick-Pay Discount. Quick-Pay discounts are not available to past-due accounts.
- When ordering by phone, fax, or e-mail, please include the following information: account number, series number, size, karat & color, and quantity.
- Allow 3-4 weeks on approved Special Orders.
- 7% 10 days ($150 minimum), Net 30 days to JB1 & 2 rated accounts. A completed credit application must be submitted and approved to establish permanent open billing status.
- C.O.D.-Cashier's Check/Money Order, or Proforma shipments are made to accounts who do not meet open billing requirements until we receive sufficient information to accept company checks.
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards. The Quick-Pay discount for credit card orders fover $150 is 4%.
- All past due accounts are charged 1.5% on the past due balance. NSF checks will be charged back Quick-Pay discount plus a $25 service charge.
- Prices of precious metal items will fluctuate daily with their respective market. We use the Second London Gold fix and Johnson Matthey's 950/Ru platinum market. We impose a minimum floor of $265/oz. on the gold market. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing. All prices listed in the catalog, on this website, or quoted over the phone are based on the average weight and may vary.
- Metals, waxes, boxes, tools, and supplies are listed at your cost.
- Our 7% Quick-Pay Discount is offered on all orders over $150 (net), shipped C.O.D. or paid in 10 days by qualified accounts. Orders paid by credit card receive a 4% Quick-Pay Discount.
- Quantity discounts are available on most items. Mix sizes within a series to achieve even greater savings!
- Inspect all merchandise upon receipt and before setting stones. Returns will not be accepted on merchandise altered in any way. You may return unaltered or undamaged items with an invoice copy.

- Claims must be made within five days after receipt of goods.
- Returns cannot be accepted, and credit will not be issued on: wire and sizing stock cut to your specifications, damaged or altered items, special orders, casting grain, close-out merchandise.
- Returns after 30 days are subject to a restock fee and only credit on account will be issued. No refunds. No returns will be accepted after 180 days.
- Pack your returns securely and insure for proper value. We are not responsible for returns damaged in transit.
- We offer several UPS and Fedex ship options. Standard Overnight (next day afternoon) is our best value.
- Heavy packages are shipped Ground service unless you request otherwise.
- Hazardous cargo must be shipped Ground service and additional hazardous cargo fees may apply.
- Businesses in Texas, and those with ship-to locations in Texas, must submit a Texas Sales Tax Resale Certificate before any purchases may be made.
- Sale Tax will be assessed for accounts in Texas and those with ship-to locations in Texas, on merchandise not normally re-sold including, but not limited to, tools, supplies, accessories, and equipment.
