Establishing a New Customer Account
If you are a retailer, jeweler, or craftsman and wish to establish a buying account with Roseco, you will need to fill out several customer forms and either mail or fax them back to us. Please allow 1-2 business days after receipt of your information to have your account set up and obtain an account number.
Once you obtain an account number, you can then register for an online account to be able to access pricing and place orders from our online catalog.
FedEx Shipping and Tracking
Roseco's preferred shipping method is via FedEx with Next Day Priority AM Delivery, Next Day Standard PM Delivery, 2-Day Delivery, and Ground Delivery. We do offset some of the shipping charges for orders of $25 or more. For packages that are shipping via FedEx Ground, the estimated delivery time will vary depending on destination.
